Terms of Service

• Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

• I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
  I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise within reason. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

• Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

• Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

• I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

• Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises unless otherwise stated. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

• Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @salte_art.

• Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. If you don't understand this/don't have one, please reach out to me and we can work something out or I can tell you how to make your own mood board. I can also make one at additional cost.

• Payment:
  Payment is via PayPal, cashapp, or venmo. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.

• In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed.

• Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. NO refunds will be given as my time and commission slots have been wasted.

• Process
  Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me. We can discuss this in more detail if you have any questions regarding my process stage.

• Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Two (2) minor revisions may be requested. Anything major will cost extra and that is a art to art/client basis.

• Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered. If its a traditional commission, the physical product plus shipping will cost EXTRA. As it is an original piece.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
